Prescription Refills

Please contact your local pharmacy to obtain a refill on your medication and they will send us an electroinic request for refill. If you have not been seen for 3 or more months, your provider may want you to come in for a follow up appointment. Patients who are prescribed controlled substances must follow the contract with their provider regarding how often they are seen. Please allow a turn around time of 72 business hours on all medication refill request. Any prescription requiring a prior-authorization through your insurance company will take longer to approve. It is ultimately the responsibility of the patient to know if a medication is covered or not under his or her medical plan.
